Basically he’s supposed to be facing 5-10 years in prison due to security being unable to stop a crazed fan from rushing Randy multiple times on stage and on the final time Randy pushed him away.  Sounds like security failed and the idiot shouldn’t have been rushing the singer when he’s clearly being stopped.
